they have protocol in place which freezes the funds from the sale until delivery and feedback is made, or until the findings of the USPS "investigation" come in. If you've already received and spent the sale-funds, then you may be out-of-pocket and may need to follow-up with USPS with an insurance claim for the lost watch.

One time only, Eborg actually lost an expensive Gubelin Ipsomatic Which was sold to a gentleman in HK. Luckily, the funds were refunded to the buyer. Coincidentally, I found the same piece, same photos back up for a small profit over what I had sold it for....made me wonder.
