Maybe a little underexposed, but balancing a white dial and black background is a trick by itself.

I shoot everything in RAW format these days. Importing with RawTherapee all the photos were basically over-exposed. I changed metering from matrix to spot mid-way through the photo shoot (forgot to set ahead of time). I normally spot meter against that black background as I consider the dial to be the most important part to expose right. But I did crank down the exposure compensation in RawTherapee a lot for all the shots. But that is why the last shots have a washed-out quality in the clock dial, matrix metering and overexposed in the original image.

My watch is a quartz Stop2Go movement and I picked it up used on ebay for a reasonable (under $200) price. Had a 1990s automatic version before but did not like the nickel-plated brass case it had (this being before brass cases became a "thing" again). But I really find the plain-jane cases they use for the automatic models today to be contrary to the spirit of the dial design. I like the bolder design of Stop2Go.
