Yes - it's ref # WZ0011EY; the "46H??" question marks refer to not knowing the last two numeric revision digits >>>

I'd have to take the back off to find out which revision 46H it has. Reluctant to do that with its screw down back and how the bracelet is integrated to the case. Orient reference numbers used to contain a code for the movement inside. The movement itself will be marked with a "46Hxx", the last two numeric digits giving the revision of it, similar to Seiko using a "", "A", "B", "C", etc. after their movement calibers to denote revisions. I've been making an effort to determine the movement caliber revisions in all of my Orient watches as the documentation usually omits them. Only recently have I seen specs include movement revision numbers.
