I actually have used Crystal Fit once. I will not say it was an outstanding experience. The replacement crystal fell out of the watch within a couple of days of getting it back. But I did alert them about this and sent the crystal and watch back for round 2 of the repair, and it has not fallen out again to this day. But they can replace a faceted crystal according to their published information.

But you may want to try with a local watch repair shop if you have that option. They should have access to the same parts sources that Crystal Fit will use. And they may have a bit more accountability for the work done when they look at you in-person. Wink
