This one ticks lots of my boxes. Cushion case, dual crown, inner rotating bezel, subdials, and very busy dial. I'll never get rid of this one.

So, I went on Vacation 2 weeks ago. Had a nice week, although it was the peak of my chemo effects, so I was a little under the weather. I got back and went to work last Monday and Tuesday. Tuesday night I started seeing bright flashes in my right eye, which freaked me out, so I went to the emergency room. The ophthalmologist dilated my eyes and spent a long time shining bright lights in my eyes. They did a CT scan of my head (found nothing. Laughing) and an ultrasound of my eyeball, which is really weird feeling. So, I'm not going blind, but I have to make an eye doctor appointment today.

They took all my vitals, and my blood, and it turns out I had a low fever and slightly elevated white blood cell count. So they admitted me and gave me IV antibiotics. After a lot of testing, they couldn't find any source of infection, but to be sure they wanted to keep me on IV antibiotics until today or tomorrow. Because I have cancer and I'm on chemo, not because I was sick. Well, I felt fine, and I was about to lose it, because I do have stage 4 cancer, and I know it will eventually get me, but I do not want to spend days when I'm feeling fine stuck in the hospital. Finally, my doctor agreed with me, and discharged me Friday. So now, FINALLY, I can try to get back to normal.

There's my exciting story. Ha ha ha ha!!
