Started off with a red and unique Trias that I only have seen with me and Mike and never, ever somewhere else... (apart then from the eBay guy I bought it from)....
Then I saw a e-mail message from DHL, that a package would be delivered and I already got an eBay e-mail message that my watch was through customs, so 1+1..... For a package from England this went quickly! I waited longer by Pitney Bowes delivery from England in the past.
Anyway, I got the watch in a little bubble bag, and it was unharmed so tried it on, as the seller told me it fit his 7 ½" wrist and I have a 7 ¼" wrist.... It was pinching tight!!
Just one or 2 links short and he didn't have any links left... My parts box has 98% 22mm straps and bracelets, and just 2 plasticy diver straps. I hate those, very sweaty and ugly, not even rubber, but it was the only thing I could try. lug holes were also very high up in the lugs and the cut outs of the strap were shorter also, but anyway....
I really like the watch! Very unusual, not looking much like Seiko, Citizen, Orient, more like a nice 'different' Casio but then with an automatic Miyota on board, well made ø 41 mm, with 2 crowns and crown protection. The Miyota winder disc has a kind of a bronze color and is very active!
Alas not screw down crown, but the inside bezel doesn't go to easy, like one see often with Seiko's.
To make sure, a solid but pretty and stainless brushed bracelet is already bought on eBay from China, I might try to obtain an extra link from Kentex, though I might find a bracelet extender as well...
And at THAT VERY MOMENT, I rembered, I HAVE a little bracelet range extender in my parts box, once bought for a 19mm bracelet Casio that, off course, didn't fit, but it was a 20mm!!
