Looks like there are two modules available to attach to the left side of the watch. One is a combination cigar cutter and lighter, and the other is a laser pointer and LED flashlight. For when elite forces need to present a PowerPoint presentation. LOL What do you think? No affiliation, of course.

From the website:

- TIME ON TARGET -

INSPIRED BY THE DESIGN AND QUALITY OF ELITE FORCES EQUIPMENT, SNYPER WATCHES EMBODY THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL STRENGTH OF THE WORLD’S BEST SNIPERS.
Snyper watches, designed and assembled in Geneva, are recognized by people who share the highest standards of discipline and self-control.

Targets are met when time is under control.
