I'm kinda thinking you're right. The Hemel looks better on leather.

My only concern with the Typhoon is that the case is brushed and the mesh is polished. The only saving grace might be that the case between the lugs is polished so I'll give 'er a go. As long as it doesn't make my ass look too big Wink

Trying to mesh a bracelet.... Jpeg Attachments RussMurray 70 June 29, 2020 09:23AM
Mesh bracelets. Is there anything they can't do?! Dre 38 July 01, 2020 05:55AM
Yes, they work more on tool watches, divers and such then on fine, classic models. Jpeg Attachments James T. KirkĀ© 41 July 01, 2020 03:19AM
Gap looks a bit much on the Helson but it matches the Typhoon well . . . John Lind 45 June 30, 2020 12:34AM
I agree about the gap, John. It looks ok on the Typhoon which came with a rubber strap to begin with and I think that's how I'll wear it. Jpeg Attachments RussMurray 41 June 30, 2020 04:56PM
Looks great on the Typhoon, but I don't like the gap on the Helson. I don't think it is too shiny either. Thumbs Up (n/t) Mike D 40 June 29, 2020 08:50PM
It looks good on the Hemel, but it looks awesome on the Typhoon! Zeb 42 June 29, 2020 03:43PM

I was going to say that mesh never looks as shiny, but you can't go wrong with the old green 3M pad. (n/t) Zeb 39 June 29, 2020 06:16PM
It is surprisingly easy to tone down shine on a polished mesh. BF Hammer 42 June 29, 2020 04:41PM
Alright, thanks for the tip! (n/t) RussMurray 40 June 29, 2020 05:40PM
