Montauk Point State Park
March 20, 2017 06:53AM
I had the chance to shoot the milky way out at Montauk Long Island a few weekends ago. I had no idea it was visible out there. When we got there it was nowhere to be found. One of use decide to take a photo of the sky and there it was! Laughing It's not visible to us but visible to the camera LOL Here's a few shots from that outing. It turned out dawn was the money shot. At least for me. I love the colors I got about 30 minutes before sunrise. BTW each of these photos were taken about 30 mins apart. I didn't plan this. It just happened Laughing Thanks for looking!

I believe the orange glow is the sunrise. This was shot about an hour and half before sunrise.
